Child Behavior Problems guarantees our content and support as stated in the site tour.  Refunds may be granted for any reason, but in most cases a month-to-month contract is implied with membership.  Members may cancel at any time, but the information within the members area is immediately consumable and therefore, unless a request is submitted in writing and a member feels as though our guarantee has not been met, there are no refunds of the monthly fee.
